For the newly established Oxygen Clinic UK, we aimed to raise local awareness and introduce the Stoke - on - Trent community to the latest advanced scientific and technological innovation - the Normobaric Chamber - positioning the clinic as an innovative addition to the local health and wellness sector. Through a tailored social media strategy, we captured their unique service and modern - luxury premises accessible to the general public, emphasizing the benefits of optimized oxygenation for health, recovery, beauty, and longevity. Here are some of the tactics we used to bring our social media strategy to life.

We created reels showcasing the chamber's unusual exterior and modern interior, highlighting its comfort, spaciousness, and cleanliness. That the chamber features two lounge zones: the Relax Zone with 13 seats, the VIP Zone with 4 seats, and a tea and coffee station. We also included the clinic's opening hours and address to ensure new guests can find us easily.

In addition, promotions helped gather guest experience feedback, which was especially important given that the clinic was a newly established business.
